Jason is "Of Counsel" in the Firm and works in our Las Vegas, NV office. Jason is experienced in many areas of civil litigation including trucking, hospitality, construction, workers compensation, personal injuries, product liability and premises liability.

John P. Newton

Of Counsel

John is an Of Counsel attorney in the firm and is responsible primarily for the firm's Nevada workers' compensation defense practice. Mr. Newton was previously an associate at a large Nevada workers' compensation defense firm, where he led a litigation team in defending employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation administrative hearings, district court appeals, and appeals to the Nevada Supreme Court.

Stephen is Of Counsel to the Firm and works in the Kamas, Utah office, where he focuses on general litigation matters. He also serves as a mediator for the Salt Lake Community Action Program, and Utah Dispute Resolution's Small Claims Mediation Program. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Utah, and Wyoming.
